chp. 1 part 1

Nev lay on her bed fast asleep, scoot sat on top of her dresser looking down at her, thinking of when he was alive, he could have had any girl he wanted except her, he had liked her since they where kids but she had never looked twice at him, now she never see him.
"oh how pathetic" a girls voice said "would you just get over it. Like you thought she will never see you again" the girl said "go away Clare" Scoot said the girl–Clare-just went to the bed to get a closer look at Nev "i don't see what you see in her" she said "just stop Clare" he snapped, she stood up strata and put her hands up "fine. But you should get over her you know" Clare said to Scoot.
Clare walked to the mirror and plumped her blond hair and straitened her cheerleaders uniform "ya know its wired the living can only see us in mirrors" Clare said and turned to face him, he didn't  look at her, "like when you see someone but then you look again and there gone" she continued to him, he looked at Clare and then back at Nev.
He jumped down so fast that Clare fell right thru Nev's hamper, he went to Nev and bent over her head, "what the hell was that?" Clare demanded angry "shh" he said waving his hand in her dereliction "what the hell is going on" Clare said "wait" he ordered, Clare turned to the closet to look at Nev's cloves.
When she turned back to him he was standing, "will you please tell me what's going on?" she asked "look at her forehead" he said, she bent over to get a better look and saw a mark she didn't know, "what's that" she asked him "i don't know" he said "have you read anything about stuff like this" he asked her "no I read stuff like romance and fantasy" she answered, he nodded his head "do you have any ideas?" she asked "maybe, I'm not sure yet if it's even could be possible" he said "think about it we are ghosts it can't be more impossible then that" Clare said, "well I did some reading on witches before I died and there are lots of them not all are bad some are good, but this reminds me of a symbol for a coven" Scoot said "wow that's cool" Clare said to him, her voice dripping with sarcasm "but I can't tell if its a good one or a bad one for this" he added, she turned to him and look like she wanted to say something but she didn't "well I think its good" she said in a wired voice "yeah most likely" he responded.
